Shana is an IIC clinician and social worker dedicated to delivering care and support to individual clients, married couples, and families.

Simon is an IIC clinician and Licensed Associate Counselor delivering counseling and emotional support within the community.

Star serves as an IIC clinician with expertise as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, providing family-centered and systemic therapeutic support.

Monica Rios is a multilingual Licensed Professional Counselor who serves as a Parent Coach, providing therapeutic support for families and parents. 

Works as a Behavioral Assistant, supporting clients in practicing coping skills, emotional regulation, and implementing positive behaviors in everyday situations.

Dr. Ed Jacobs, PhD, LPC — Associate Professor in the Counseling and Learning Science Department at West Virginia University, oversees our therapists and offers supplementary support and educational resources to staff members requiring guidance.

Works as an Intensive In-Community (IIC) counselor and holds an LSW (Licensed Social Worker) credential, supporting clients directly in their home and community settings.

Serves in a Behavioral Assistant/Mentor role, helping clients build behavioral and life skills through hands-on mentorship.

Works as a Behavioral Assistant, providing direct support to clients in practicing daily coping and behavioral strategies for the youth.

Provides Intensive In-Community (IIC) services and is credentialed as an LCADC and LAC, bringing expertise in both clinical counseling and addiction-focused care.

Sasha Kelly serves as an Administrative Assistant for Working Towards a Brighter Future, aiding in the company’s operations, communications, and project management.
